Idaho Sand & Gravel is on the forefront of utilizing asphalt and warm-mix asphalt as one of the most sustainable construction materials. Many of our plants have earned the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) Diamond Achievement Award and many projects have won quality awards, such as the AGC Aon Build America and NAPA Quality in Construction, for performance bonuses from national organizations and customers. No project is too big or small for Idaho Sand & Gravel. You can expect the same quality on your residential projects as we invest in our commerical or highway projects.

ECO-MIX

Eco-Mix is a new, cutting edge technology to develop asphalt using lower temperatures. A small amount of water is mixed with asphalt cement to create steam. Also referred to as warm-mix asphalt, Eco-Mix promotes green construction because it reduces energy consumption and emissions, increases the use of recycled asphalt pavement and improves efficiency in field compaction.
